Typical structures include: 10% down payment on booking, 10-20% during construction (in installments), 70-80% on completion or through mortgage. Some projects offer 60/40 plans (60% during construction, 40% on handover) or even 50/50 splits. Post-handover payment plans of 3-5 years are also available on select properties. Payment terms vary by project and launch phase, with early buyers often receiving the most favorable terms. Ready properties typically require 25% down payment with the balance through mortgage.
